Editorial & Formatting Guidelines
1. Tone and Word Count
Articles must be a minimum of 800 words (1,200+ is highly preferred for in-depth guides). The tone should be professional, actionable, and conversational. Avoid fluff — give our readers practical steps they can implement immediately.
2. Formatting
Use clear headings (H2, H3, H4) to structure your article. Keep paragraphs short (3–4 lines maximum) to ensure readability on mobile devices. Use bullet points and bold text to highlight key takeaways.
3. Image Requirements
Include at least one high-quality featured image, plus relevant in-text screenshots or graphics. All images must be compressed (under 100kb), original, or royalty-free. Include descriptive alt-text for SEO.
4. Link Policy
We allow 1–2 relevant, contextual dofollow links back to your own website or portfolio. All links are subject to strict editorial review. We do NOT accept links to adult, gambling, or unregulated niches. Include at least 2 internal links to existing Creatives with Prince articles.
